Returning Grantees
GRANTS CONSIDERED BY INVITATION
Moving forward, our grantmaking will transition to an invitation-only process beginning in 2026. Specific guidance and application materials will be shared individually with organizations when they are invited to submit a proposal. Our first round of invitations will be issued in January 2026. Once invited, organizations may refer to the following information about the submission process.
Review the grant report overview form that corresponds to your program area to familiarize yourself with the questions and required documents.
Using the grants portal link, log in with your email address and password.
Click the New Application icon.
Click the checkbox for the prompt “Did you receive a Bella Vista grant last year?” and answer the additional report-oriented questions before moving to the narrative section.
Save frequently using the “Save Draft” button on the application page, as the form will not auto-save your work. This will also enable you to logout and return to your work.
When you have completed the application, click Submit.
