Returning Grantees

Returning Grantee Instructions

Grantees who have received funding within the past year and wish to be considered for subsequent grant funding should submit a Returning Grantee Application. The Bella Vista Foundation no longer requires final reports. Returning grantees will answer additional report-oriented questions in the application.

Review the grant report overview form that corresponds to your program area to familiarize yourself with the  questions and required documents. Please note, we are currently streamlining our application and reporting forms and will have a revised, combined application for the June submission window

Using the grants portal link, log in with your email address and password.

Click the New Application icon.

Click the checkbox for the prompt “Did you receive a Bella Vista grant last year?” and answer the additional report-oriented questions before moving to the narrative section.

Save frequently using the “Save Draft” button on the application page, as the form will not auto-save your work. This will also enable you to logout and return to your work.

When you have completed the application, click Submit.
